Season 8 - NHL Rerate League needs GMs

We are transitioning our FHL league to STHS for season 8. With this transition, we have also cleaned house with inactive Gms. This is a rare opportunity for GMs to join an established league with a solid core of GMs.

Here are the details:

1. NHL rerate sim league (cap, waivers, free agency, etc.)
2. Unique sponsorship program / free agency process
3. Active forum / trading
