We use NHL performance for re-rates and use a salary cap with grid contracts to re-sign FAs, closed bid system for unsigned FAs. Our rules are stickied to our forum.
We have a strong group of laid back but competitive and active GMs. We are a stable, professional, and consistent league.
We are looking to add a GM with STHS experience who will also be active. We will consider applications for a GM without STHS experience provided they have the time to be active on the forums and Google Talk.
