League Start-up

Starting a new V2 NHL league up.

Mod/Commish Team has be active in Sims for roughly 6-7 years. Had 3 long-standing leagues, however two ended because of our tech guy/portal guy disappeared.

Rosters accurate as of Sept.15 2014, however league's first season will be start of 2013/14 season, with 2014 draft happened after season 1.

Plan is to have 20 teams. Once we have 20 registered GMs, we will randomize the team selection order. Then a dispersal draft for the selection of top-talent from remaining teams.

Portal will be built as soon as we select the 20 teams
