I am looking to start a new league. It would be a full draft starter league with a $20 a season fee for prizes. The goal of the $20 is to keep people more active and prevent GM’s from hopping in and out of the league. I would want close to a full league. I am not a fan of all start teams. And none of us want to lose the guys we pick in expansion drafts.
