Coaches CSV file

This might seem a little stupid, but after using the migration utility, I cannot start my league because there isn't a coaches CSV file to select.

Does anyone have one I can use? Or am I badly missing something here?

Just download the Rating File from the download section of the site they include 2 coaches csv.
