Retirement....
Heres an idea: Retirement based on percentages. Simple boxes where the commish inputs the percent that player has to retire. IE Players 30-34 have X% to retire, players 35-39 have X% to retire, and players 40 and over have X% to retire, where X is the fill-in box. Make Sense?
