SIMHL NHL/AHL ratings Errors

Folks,

I have noticed that there were some problems with the V2 file.

Denis Grebeshkov did not load into my client. Can anyone supply me with his ratings?

Matt Corrente and Matthew Corrente are the same person but appear twice in the data set
Macksim Mayorov and Max Mayorov are the same person but appear twice in the data set
