Looking for a new host

I'm looking for a new host for my league and mt goaliesarchive.com website. Lately, I was with Steelhawk's hosting (simhockeycentral.com), and I must say it was the fastest host I ever had in my life (and for 30$ lifetime hosting), but it's the 3rd time this year that the server is down, and it has been 3 days now this time, with no response to any of my emails or pm, so I'm not sure it will never work again.

So I need a host with:
Real unlimited space and bandwith
Works with the portal and big players.csv files
Can run CGI
Is not affilitated with the Endurance group (ex powweb, fatcow etc.)
And not too expensive

PS : Tried godaddy, but it didn't work, coudn't do the half of what I wanted

While searching, found hostpapa.ca interesting, anybody with them ?

Form those who don't know Endurance International group, here is the list of companies they own. Never go with them, servers are slow, support is crap (in india)

I'm with them, 1,99 per month for 3.4 or 5 years contrat, 2,99 for 2 years and 3,99 for 1 year, and there's a special sign this week and have a free year

Just to let you know, I finalley managed to talk to Steelhawk. The reason I wasn't receiving any messages from him was that he was sending emails through my domain that wasn't working... I received all his messages righ after everything came up friday
