Looking for a new league starting up with a fantasy draft!

I've been in sim leagues for several years now and I've always been in 2 leagues at a time. My #2 league had to shut down therefore I'm looking to join a new one.

I'm fully bilingual with no preference, I'm seeking for a 30 team league, 100% NHL rerates, as much realism as possible, incluant NHL standard salary cap.

I'd also be open to join an all ready established league if the level of realism is there...and if the challenge is interesting enough as I want to avoid ''arcade-type of leagues'' where 1/3 of the league has emptied out the other 2/3 of it's best elements.
