php files instead of html

Recently purchased the STHS vers 3 and have been testing it out before starting up a league. In the output options I have set the output file format to be html, as I am considering not running the web portal with my league. But whenever I output files from the program, they come out as php files. Have I missed a setting somewhere or can anyone help me with this issue. Wanting my files to come out as html. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

The dynamic website option is php and you can't change this. Are you using the dynamic website or the legacy webpage?

I will be honest I have no idea what the difference is between a legacy webpage and dynamic website. All I know is I try to open the pages I have outputted on my computer to see what they look like and I can not because they are in a .php format and I do not have any programs that open those files. And I personally want the pages generated by the aim to be .html. I have a friend who runs a league and all of his pages output as HTML but even he can not give me an answer as to why it is not doing it for me.

Hi.

The Output Option under the V3 Tab, uncheck the following 3 options : "Output SQLite Database", "Output Dynamic Website" and "Old Website Pages Integration".
