Unable to upload lines/free agency picks to the commissioner

So I'm trying to upload my lines and my free agency picks and while I try to upload it, it does say the team file has been saved (on the notebook), though it does not upload to the league, it just stops past that first step of saving the file.

I have downloaded the latest league file (the 2021 one).

Is there anything I can do to resolve the issue ?

I can't get this prompt on my laptop, which has the latest simulator and 2021 league file.

This feature doesn't work with the latest STHS Client version. It was decommission and change to a lines upload via the dynamic website.

Pardon my ignorance, but how do I (only a player, not the actual commish) access the dynamic website to change my lines and/or submit free agency offers ?

Your commish has to offer you the dynamic website. If he doesn't, the only option is email your line.
