Coaches ratings

I looked around and couldn't find this, not even in the manual. For the coaches attributes, what are the PH and PD ratings?

PH= Physical style
PD= Player discipline

Thanks. I take it the lower the PH, the softer the team plays, while higher means more hitting and maybe more fighting?

I dont know for the Fighting, but higher PH means more hitting for sure.
