Mass Changing Player Ratings

Hi, just wondering if there's a way I can alter all the player ratings in a sh1 file at once. I'd just like to take them all down about 5-10%, if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to go by the Mass Edition one stats at the time.

You could export it to Excel and use vlookup and some other formulas to do it.
