1.0.5 - Trades During Play-Offs

I had a team sign a player from the unassigned list prior to the start of the play-offs. My mistake was assigning him to the wrong team.

Now i started the play-offs and have played 2 days of games and i was able to trade him to the proper team.
Should the trade not have been processed as i passed the trade deadline for the season. I thought i would only be able to process trades once the play-offs were done and we started the pre-season.
