1.1 - Off season coach rerate

When I use the rerate function for players, it works successfully, but when I try for coaches, I get the following error: 340 - Control Array Element '8' doesn't exist in cmdReratePlayers

I fix it in 1.1.1. I'll reupload a new build of 1.1.1 tonight.
