1.0.6 and 1.1.1 - Auto Assign Coach

Just a little thing I just noticed.

I clicked off the Active Farm league button and then did Random coaches. Even though the farm league is off, coaches were assigned to farm teams before all pro teams had a coach. Really minor, but I guess Pro teams should have coaches before farm teams? And if farm league isn't active, they shouldn't get coaches?

I'll be fix in 1.0.7 and in 1.1.1 that will be available tonight.
