Good morning, my name is francois, the sim sths is very new to me, we are restarting our ligue with new roster new team .

I got a few questions that you guys can answer

1- Where could I found a 2008 roster? (if not possible, the sths site has 2007-2008 roster, is there a lower ov for this roster ) I have seen the best players of a league at 77 ov
2- What is the basic option that I should input (scoring at 50 etc figjting )
3- calendar frenquency, do you think a long calendar is better,


I am sure some of you will have other ideas on option and basic rules that I should implement at the begining, remember our league was using fhl for 8 yrs

For the roster/league files, they are in the STHS download section: http://sths.simont.info/DownloadFiles.p ... gs2008.zip

For the basic options, it depends on which rating set you are using. If you use the DVHL ones, a quick search of the forums i found this:
Coaches 30
Fights 30
Finance 70
Goals 50
Injuries 40
Morale 20
Penalties 40
Shots 45
But you will need to do some tests to get them to where you want them.

For the calendar, it depends on if you do just one season a year or two. My league i follow the NHL as close as possible. So i made my schedule to go as close to how many days the NHL one is. I think mine is like 195 days. But again, it all depends on what you want.

The link would be for the latest ones that are available. You could take that one and make the roster changes needed to be current.

other questions for you, with the sths, normally the website gets automotaquely updated or do we need to uplade page by page, I am using fantasy.ca,

any idea how to do it

You need to update the page to your website by FTP or other method provide by your ISP.

hey, just wondering what the link is to your page, and if there are any open teams? i may be interested if your starting fresh with new rosters.
