Captaincy and it's effects

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could give me insight into the effects of naming cvaptians and assistants?

I am guessing that is adds bonuses to the players effected, but I am unsure in what way it would... Maybe a leadership bonus to thoss with it?

Could the player named Captain have an effect in that other players watch their style and it influences them?
Do the Captain and assistant Captains gain any ratings boost, and if so, which ratings?
Do the benefits of naming a captian apply equally to a low-skill player rather than a high-skill player, and by this, I mean, is ti better to have certain players as captians rather than others?

Je suis sur que quand tu nomme un joueur capitaine sa fait un boost de leadership. Mais si je nomme un gars qui a 99 de Leadership... est-ce que sa vaut la peine?
