Client Version 1.14 Run-time error 339

Hey everybody

On of my GMs is getting the following message:

He says that he's able to change the ticket-prices but when he tries to change the Rosters or the Lines he gets that message....
The support files are installed he says....

Any ideas?

He must re-install the Support Files. He's on Vista?
