0.9.12 - Release Player Penalty - 150%

My league, we have a pretty big penalty for buyouts (since we don't have a way to punish their cap hit properly)

We decided on 1.5x total remaining value of player contract (including full current season regardless how much was played).

When I try to release a player at a cost of 150% the following confirmation prompt only says to confirm release of player at 100%. It should read 150% (what I typed). Infact, it would be nice to show in this prompt, the calculated cost before confirming.

Fix a bug / add suggestion to allow cost for buyout of a contract to be more that 100% of the contract. You can go from 0% to 1000%
