Block Player from playing in Lines#1 & #2

When the option Block Player from playing in Lines#1 & #2 is selected, it does not give you the option to set your lines up for 10 games ahead. Is there a fix for this?

That not true.

The option Block Player from playing in Lines#1 & #2 is not related to the 10 games ahead lines up. The 10 games ahead lines up is related to the "Disabled Multiple Lines in Row" option.
