Updating Player Ratings

I'm trying to update the player ratings for my league since the guy who normally updates the ratings can't get it working right now. I updated everything in the PlayerRatings.csv file but it won't update. When I go into update player ratings I select the file and click to update. I then confirm it, as I would expect. No dialogue box appears after this though. No confirmation that it worked or anything saying that it didn't, just nothing. When I go and look at the players, they're ratings are exactly the same.

So, quick version, why are my players not being updated when, seemingly, they should be? I've checked the CSV file, they are updated correctly in it.

Transaction Ouput says nothing new. The CSVInput said that players were successfully updated but nothing happened.

It's alright, someone else has offered to sim the league and his is working fine so it's no big deal. If the issue persists in the future I'll look into it again.
