is it better to use a strategy that fits with your coach's strengths or with your team's strengths?
or should the strategy be used to overcome your team's deficiencies?

Re: strategy and coach
i use a 0-3-2 for most games. but i normally like to match the team i'm playing. so if they are using 0-0-5 i will counter with 0-5-0 or 0-4-1 or 0-3-2 or 0-2-3, it will depend on what i used last time i played them and the out come..

Re: strategy and coach
Have an offensive coach and I play 0-2-3 and I have success with that formula lately.
Been playing 0.650 hockey ever since I switched to this strategy.
