Players for Entry Draft

I've read the "Entry Draft" portion of the manual (V2), and it explains how to create the player list (names only) for the draft.

Where/how do I enter their characteristics?

Entry Draft is for prospect. Prospects doesn't have any characteristics.

Prospects get turn into Players after. To turn a prospect into a player, create the players in the Edit Players windows and activate the players.

Can I use a csv for their characteristics?

Do I just add them to the player csv and update ratings, or is there a different way?

You need to create a rating pack with the STHS Utility V2. You can load CSV with the STHS Utility V2. Then you load the rating pack in the STHS.

Does it need to contain ALL players league wide, or just the new players added?

You can just add new players but make sure that when you import the rating pack in the STHS that you uncheck the option to turn Player not Found in Prospect.

What do I put for PO column. Will the sim calculate that on it's own, since it's based solely on age? Is it based solely on age, or can players at the same age have different PO?

You need to add one yourself and after, the sim will lower it over time.

Is it based on age alone, or can I add any number I wish?

For instance, can a 20 year old guy have a 17 PO or a 71 PO?

I thought it was age-dependent only???
