2.0.6 - Expansion protected list not sycning goalies

Doing an expansion draft this year and my first run of my GMs SHL files, no bodies goalies are being protected.

I did a small test, protected 2 players and 2 goalies using the client and after loading into the sim, the simulator said my team had 2 players protected and the two goalies I protected were no longer protected.

I try with version 2.0.7 and 2.0.7 of the STHS Client without any problem.

If you manually protected players via the STHS and the GM send you a file that doesn't show that 2 players protected (Because he didn't used the lastest client file), you can get this behavior.

Well everyone send their own team protections (*.shl) and I use the sim to process the shl files. I don't flag them manually in the simulator.

What I'm seeing is that players seem to be ok but Goalies are being left unprotected after the SHL files are processed.

I have complaints that neimi, luongo, jimmy howard, tim thomas, vokoun, kari lehtonen, js giguere, corey crawford, cam ward & corey schneider were left unprotected.

The exception to the goalie only rule so far is Team Bullies, who complain Samuel Pahlsson, Torrey Mitchell, Benoit Pouliot, Pekka Rinne, Devan Dubnyk were left unprotected.

Can you send me your league file and your SHL files by email so I can check?

I spent some time to manually set up the goalies and players I knew should be protected.

Then I loaded some teams shl that were unrelated to the ones I modified manually and the after math is all the goalies I manually protected are unprotected again!

It’s a bug in the STHS. I’ll be fix in 2.1.0. The bug is that other team line file could “erase” the protection of a goalie if the protection was not in the STHS Client file you output.
