I have looked around the V2 Simulator for a way to import ratings but it seems as though you can only import them if they're saved as .STR
My Excel sheet ratings are a .csv file and I was wondering if there was any way for me to import them into the simulator of if there was a way for me to convert the .csv file to a .STR file so I can import them into the simulator.
Thanks in advance
How do I import my Excel Sheet?

You have to convert it to a .str using the STHS V2 Utility program found on the download page of the STHS website.

I did that, but when I select the "Import Players CSV V2 File" and I select the file I want to import I get the message saying:

I don't know what to do when it gives me that message. Am I doing something wrong?

Re: How do I import my Excel Sheet?
You have a players date who is 29 of February 1986. That date doesn't exist in 1986, it's either 1984 or 1988 if you want a 29 of February.
