1) Il est toujours possible d'avoir des starpower de 3 - 4 ou 5, j'avais déjà mentionné ce bug là.

2) Il inscrit roster complet dans le roster des équipes alors que l'équipe ne possède pas le minimum requis dans les options (Minimum Players per team)

For 2.1.6, add some code when the STHS Start to make sure players won’t have more than 2 of Star Power.

For the Minimum Players per Team and the Maximum Players per Team options, they are not enforce. They only warn the commish when the condition happen. This information is written in the manual.
