Trouble downloading latest League Files

Is anyone else having issues downloading the latest V2 league files from the download page? I'm getting an error when trying to uncompress them - it complains about an invalid archive.

What software are you using to uncompress?

OS X's and Windows 8 built-in - neither will uncompress and it doesn't appear to be a permissions issue as the Ratings file archive uncompresses just fine.

If you try an application like 7Zip?

Is it possible that those two archives archives contain absolute full paths? The archives themselves seem to be OK (they preview just fine) but they won't extract to the desktop like the other archives.

They have no path Inside of them.
