Error when loading lines from Portal

I am getting errors when I try to load lines that have been posted to the web portal. if I download them from the web I get:

However If I copy the file from within my PC it loads with no issue
Any Idea what settings I have set wrong and where?

Your file are getting corrupt by something.

I get that, any Idea what would be causing it. I am using CuteFTP. Does anyone have experience with this and can tell me what setting is wrong.
