My Version 2 Licence isnt Working

I bought the Simon T Sim Version 2 in late November and was planning to implement the change in my leagues offseason. (Which is now) I just went in a number of times using the Name and Reg Number provided in my confirmation email and it is coming back with a "incorrect registration information" error. If you are around Simon can you take a look to verify it is all correct? My email I bought the version 2 sim is the same as on this account. ([email protected])
