Uploaded the league file into wrong folder.

How can I fix the problem of uploading the league file into the wrong folder?

I have 100's of small boxes on the site now.

When I uploaded the files to the portal, in uploaded the league stc file to the pro team. I have since emptied the pro team table but I still get small boxes in the header where team logo's are. I have several duplicate teams when I look at standings and there are no team logo's in other areas of the portal. Here is a link to our site.
