Do Not putput CCS3 responsive design

Do Not putput CCS3 responsive design, what does it do ? Tries it checked and unchecked, my outputs always looks the same

Also, if I uncheck Output STHS default CSS file, the sim do output it anyway

I thought it was a way to get back the old html output files

It's not related. Responsive Design CSS in written in each HTML webpage because it's different for each HTML webpage.
