2.3.2 - Misconduct Issue Still Occurs

For 2.2.9, you posted

Fixed an issue in all simulation engines where "Checking from behind" and "Unsportsmanlike conduct" penalties were always major penalty.

However, I am still having players receive major/game misconducts and multi-game suspensions for "Unsportsmanlike conduct."

Additionally, Instigating still results in an automatic game misconduct and suspension, instead of a 10-minute misconduct.

The issue I fix was the penalty was always a 5 minutes and maybe misconduct. In another word, those penalties were never 2 minutes penalty.

But in seem I fix in 2.0 and 2.1 simulation engine only. I’ll fix in 1.1 and 1.5 for the next version.
