Teams are able to claim a player when they have reach the maximum roster spot (Maximum players per team)

With the claim, it makes the team go over the maximum. Teams should not be able to put interest on a waiver if they already are at the maximum players per team.

Example: My maximum is 55

a team with 55 players can claim a waiver and go up to 56 players.
