3.0.1 - Copy All Lines for OT Forward and OT Defense

In version 3.0.1, the copy all lines feature does NOT copy lines to days 2-10 for the OT lines.

When day 1 lines are complete, you hit copy all lines. It will copy everything to days 2-10 except for OT lines. Those remain blank in days 2-10
