.NET Framework question

Post by Owen »

Does anyone remember which .NET Framework package is required to use the STHS Client? I know it used to be 2.0 but I think like 3.5 is required now or something? Just a question for reference.

STHS is build with version 2.0 but any version 2.0 or up should work. .Net framework, at least at the current version, is backward compatible with apps build as far as version 1.1.

Hi.

If my memory is good, since Windows 8, .Net Framework will be installed automatically if you run an software who need it. In the installation of Windows, it’s bundle with .Net 3.5 Framework.

Try to run the STHS Client and see what happen. ;)

Maybe that's what it is. I just know one of my GMs a while back had mentioned he tried to install it at his work but I thought he said it required 3.5. No idea what I did with the message. Anyway I just wanted to ask for potential reference in the future!
