V3 Error loading V2 League File

Greetings,

I upgraded our V2 Sim to V3 today and when I went to load my V2 League file, I get a windows error:

Exception Type - System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException

Message Source - Padding is invalid and cannot be removed - mscorlib

and then it provides a bunch of stack trace information.

Any ideas on what we might be doing wrong? Also, the new sim asks for our license info but I'm not sure where to look for that. Email sent to Simon.

Your STHS File is corrupt. This problem is not because you upgrade from V2 to V3. Version 2 should have the same opening that file.

I loaded the last backup version from the backup directory and it loaded perfectly.
