3.2.7 (and prior?) - Salary Changing

Post by ImSteveK »

Hi Simon - I just noticed an issue, and I don't know if I'm checked something or it's a bug. I've noticed for players who do not have the same salary have had the salaries normalized. An example:

https://www.nehll.com/nehl20182019/Play ... layer=2235
http://nehll.com/nehl20192020/PlayerRep ... layer=2235

Any ideas? I didn't modify manually, or knowingly automatically change this.

Thanks

Hi.

I'm not sure to understand your question. What do you means by normalized?

Normalized isn't the best word, but the sim appeared to take the yearly salary of the example I showed, and used it for all remaining years on the contract.

Sorry but I still doesn't understand. When I look at your league file, Casey Taggart has a salary for 3,300,000 for next 4 seasons like the website show.

right, and that's incorrect.

The first link I posted showed a variable salary contract, which is correct. I don't know how it changed, other than it appears to have taken the year 2 salary and used it in the remaining years...

You have delete your transaction history so there is no way to prove you that you change it and when.

Simon I went back through my backup files, and the change appears to have occurred during a ratings update. I didn't change the salary during the update. Any idea why the salary data would change?

When you activate the option to change the salary for players. Or the updating rating create a new players and you delete the other one from the STHS. They are a lot of option here.
