Lost league file any help appreciated

Good evening sir. My computer froze this evening and I restarted it. When I restarted it I went I. To my output files to grab the STC file to put in to the sim and it turned to a PDF file. I can’t get it back to a stc file and I am afraid I may have lost all my updated I for which is about 10-15 hours of work. Any thoughts ?
