Career Stat Issues

Hello, I seem to be having issues with Career stat. Individual season stats on each players page are missing, as in, no link to select. Also, the Career stat individual leaders are not populated. What am I missing?

Hi.

You are using the first version of STHS CareerStat database with limited information only. Since 3.2.5 in October 2020, a new version of STHS CareerStat database was introduced with way more information. If you rebuild your STHS CareerStat database, you'll have all the new informations for the website.

Simon - I'm confused, I did rebuild the CareerStat database, using the old XML method since some of my data is >10 years old. If that prevents me from having the individual leaders, I'll have to live with that.

Most concerning the season-by-season breakdown. This functionality has existed since the introduction of Career Stats. Here's the same player in two different versions:

In new CareerStat database format is not build using the XML, it's build using the STH or STC from previous year.

The first link you gave me is version 3.1.4.

Well thats a huge issue for me, there's no way to get the season over season data? I don't have STH/STC files over 20 seasons from up to >10 years ago.

What functionality to I get with the option to use the "Legacy XML" method if CAreerStat only uses STH/STC?

Simon, any other thoughts? Don't understand loss of fucntion with this release, it worked as recently as 3.3.5?

Hi.

It's not a loss of function, it's an upgrade to the function. I might be do something for 3.4.0 but I need to look how much it would take me for something I'm not totally sure it worth it.
