Error message with my team file

Hello:

When I submit my team file to my leagues sim commissioner he is receiving the following error message:

"Day 2 - Michal Rozsival cannot be send to farm because he need to go on waiver and it's only possible for day #1"

The problem is that Rozsival is already on the farm roster and has already cleared waivers but my sim commish continues to receive the same error message every time I send a team file. Please help.

EDIT: I should add that Rozsival is on the farm scratch roster if that makes a difference.

Please make sure you make lines using the latest STHS Client File created by your commish.
