The Rating2015 Download has WCHL (Foo) Coaches file.

Only players are up to date, not the coaches (2013-2014 season) or referee... I don't remember putting them into the str file....

I just sent one to you Simon. It include all NHL between 2011 and 2015 and all AHL coaches from 2015.
