First time STH user

Hello guys,

i jumped from fhl to sth and im wondering this: When you first download it, do you get the updated team or do you have to do everything yourself?
Do STH give a premade database of the players/teams ect?

I'm trying to start a league. bought the full version of STHS... can't seem to get the ahl guys and coaches etc... to show up.... any help?

Coaches are typically a separate download. Does your pack say that it includes AHL players or does it just say NHL?
