Rerates

Post by joesstars1 »

Curious how the rerating system works for end of season rerates?

just did a test full season and playoffs and when started offseason i clicked to rerate players and coaches.

As for the players after looking thru 2 teams so far it looks as if most dropped from 2-4 ov points. I have the setting in options on Max rerate of 3..

Is it just random or is their a theory behind how it rerates..

thanks

For players, its complicate formula that check the number of point per 20 minutes a player had versus the league average for the number of point per 20 minutes and the potential.

For coaches, the formula checks the potential only.

so young players who say either had a not so great year scoring, or didnt play much will probably decrease in rating?

Has nothing to do with age?

thanks

A young player will probably have a good potenciel. All 5th round pick won't improve has a first round pick it'll be more realistic.

Age has nothing to do. Potential is everything.

No. This ratings is acting like every other ratings and IS NOT related in any time to the OV or the OV a player could get.

It depend on the players stats versus the rest of league. The potential help but if the player is horrible versus the rest of league, he'll drop.
