3.2.8 Minor retirement error

I think I may have mentioned this back when the retirement option was added to the simulator and just noticed it's still happening. When retiring a goalie, it will cause an General Error warning. It doesn't appear to have any further effect though and the goalie does retire.

Hi Owen.

I have try with my test league and I fail to reproduced your error. Can you send me a way to reproduced the error?
