Luxury Tax

We are having issues with our finances. We have a salary cap set and a luxury tax to be paid for teams going over the cap. No team has gone over yet, but every team has 13-17 million in the Luxury Tax Total on the team finance page. Are we doing something wrong with the settings or is this a bug?

Hi.

The default value for those options are 0 and 0. Since you change "PCT of Over to Paid" to 100 but left "Luxury Tax per Day" to 0, all your daily expense over 0 will be charge at 100% more. What the goal you are trying to have this option?

I want teams to pay 100% the amount they are over the salary cap. If a team is over the cap by 1mil they pay 1mil

Then you put in the "Luxury Tax per Day" the amounts of salary cap divise by the number of days in your pro schedule. So in your case, 40,000,000 / 148 = 270,270$
