Je suggère fortement que la direction se débarasse de KAGI. J'ai acheté ma copie du STHS jeudi passé par KAGI avec carte de crédit et j'ai le reçu de transaction en main. Je n'ai pas encore ma confirmation et aux dernières nouvelles, Simon n'avait toujours pas reçu cette même confirmation. J'ai téléphoné 2 fois, j'ai envoyé plusieurs e-mail et je n'ai même pas de réponse de ces gens, alors je très décu. Un des gars de ma ligue a conduit 4 heures le weekend dernier pour m'aider à monter une ligue et a du retourner. 8ième journée aujourd'hui et toujours pas de nouvelles, c'est plutôt frustrant.

One of my friends with whom I am/was starting a league drove 4 hours last weekend to help me set up a new league and went home on Monday, nothing done. This is the 8th day today and still no news, it is quite frustrating.

Well when i signed up with Kagi i got all my info within a few hours.
Getting the actual sim was a different story as i still had to wait 1 month before the public release was available after having the registration code in hand.
But to tell the truth, the sim was worth the wait as it has not been let down that some may think it would have been, Keep up the good work Simon.

Je suis très au courant! Ça fait 2 clients qui paye par Kagi qui ont des méga problèmes attente de plusieurs jours!

The code generation for this program is currently broken, which is why you have not been sent a code. We notified the supplier, and he should have contacted you to help resolve this, but apparently not. Our engineers are going to be working on that system all day tomorrow, and hopefully it will be fixed, and you will then receive your code. I apologize for the delay.

Toujours rien ce matin. Est-ce qu'il y a moyen de se faire rembourser? J'aime bien avoir un produit quand je l'achète et de plus, je ne peux même pas faire mes trios parce que mon équipement est trop vieux.
Still nothing this morning, anyway of getting our money back? I like to have a product when I buy it, what's more, I cannot even use it as my computer is outdated.

If you don't mind waiting 24 hours to receive your username and registration number, I highly suggest you to use Paypal as a payment option because Kagi has prove to have problem in processing order sometime.
Si ça ne vous dérange pas d'attendre 24 heurs pour recevoir votre nom usager et votre clé d'enregistrement, je vous recommande fortement d'utiliser Paypal comme méthode de paiement car Kagi à quelques fois des problèmes à traiter des commande.

Moreover, if you're not able to run the client, you won't be able to run the simulator either.
Finally, we cannont fix the KAGI problem. If you wanna get your money back, i really suggest you to contact KAGI directly. It's their job to handle these things.
Meanwhile, Simon and I will try to find a solution regarding KAGI and the problem you are experiencing.
