Hello!

How does a trade affect the players MO? Is it allways the same, or is it different from time to time?

It's always the same for now. Sometime up, sometime down. I could have fun and make it variable.

Because... I thought about how it is in the real life. The players morale will only go up if his morale is very low. And the players morale will go down if his morale already is high.

knowing that the STHS is way more precise then the .... well the other simulator out there, we could assume that whatever the effect is its just going to make a whole lot of sence. Something like if the guy goes to a better team his morale will go up and the other way around if he goes to a lesser team. Those kind of things are probably part of the formula. But im just assuming here.
