Random Rosters for my Junior League

I'm trying to create a junior elauge but how do I create random names and random rosters, I know the rosters part but not the names, can someone help. Is there something that can help me with creating the CSV File!????

You can try using FHL Tools, then use the STHS Migration to convert.
