1.1 - Sim & Client Goalie Issue

Neither the Client or the Sim is telling us that a team has a illegal amount of goalies on the pro roster. IE a team can have 3 goalies dressed, and 21 players on the team and the sim/client will allow it until you go to sim, and get a Setup Pro Intergrity Check Failed! and it promptly wont sim that game. Any attempt to resim will get you another nasty error message that you cant sim a game thats already simmed (even though it was never simmed) and to load your backup files. There is also a 50/50 chance of hitting a dreaded endless loop when you click the OK button.
